La Sapinière Farm Shop
Fond as we are of good farm produce, we have built up a shop over the years where you will find a wide range of Normandy products :
Great classics :
- Andouille de Vire (type of chitterlings sausage)
- Tripes à la mode de Caen (famous regional tripe speciality)
- Camembert au lait cru affiné (the well-known cheese made with unpasteurized milk)
- Livarot, Pont l’Evêque (regional cheeses)
- Caramels d’Isigny (caramels made with local ingredients)
We also stock produce from a number of local farmers or craftsmen.
Extend your journey of discovery :
